Beverages & Juice Processing Plant
We have designed and installed many beverage processing plants for fruits and pulp processing, carbonated beverages etc. Nowadays, different natural supplements have replaced the natural fruits & vegetables in the commercial market. Juices are one of the supplements that are now in high demand. These juices are not directly taken from the natural products but are filled in the cans after a sequence of processes. Extraction of the fruit pulp and its processing are the main processes involved. After these processes, the juice is finally filled in PET cans through hot filling system. The set of bottles are then placed in cartons for bulk packaging.
Depending upon the requirement of pulp in the juice, the processing steps can differ. Juices without pulp can be either clarified or not clarified. Nectars are important types of juices that require pulp.
Juices can also be categorized into natural or mixed juices. Natural juices are obtained from a single fruit. Mixed fruits, on the other hand are obtained by mixing the fruit juices in appropriate proportion.
Fruit Pulping Plant
We offer engineering for installing and executing fruit pulping plant. These fruit pulping plants are manufactured using high quality assured SS. This is done in order to make this plant applicable for processing other fruits like papaya, tomato, guava etc. All the machines can be interconnected using elevators and conveyors in order to make the plant work consistent.
